Marco won all three of his games at the citywide grade-level tournament today! He tied for first in 5th grade with one other player. Mainly because of him, his team came in 2nd place. He won his first real individual trophy (not just for participation) and is pretty proud of himself.
The kid furthest to the left is his friend Syon, with whom Marco will be going to the Grade Nationals tournament in DC in a couple of weeks.
